The Aeromedical and Air Rescue Services Standard was developed by the Aviation Industry Association of New Zealand (AIA) in consultation with ACC, health sector representatives, ambulance services, and search and rescue authorities. Clinical requirements have been reviewed and endorsed by medical experts to ensure the standard reflects best practice in patient care and aeromedical operations.
