Our Credentials
Who assesses the assessors? Some clients may be hesitant with such a question“ but we think it's an important one to ask.
We are formally recognised as an accredited Certification/Registration Body by JAS-ANZ (Joint Accreditation System - Australia and New Zealand) to certify quality, environmental and safety management systems.
JAS-ANZ is a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). This is the world association of Conformity Assessment Accreditation Bodies involved in management systems, products, services and personnel certification / registration programmes.
Each year JAS-ANZ measure us against the relevant international standard: ISO/IEC 17021 Conformity assessment: Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems.
Accreditation to this standard assures users of both our competency and impartiality. But that's just the start of our commitment to our client's ongoing peace of mind.
All of our assessors are professionally trained and qualified and have valuable industry experience. Many are also listed with the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA) or Exemplar Global (formerly RABQSA). Across a broad range of New Zealand industry our people have specialist knowledge in the assessment and implementation of many different management systems.
The integrity of these assessments is ensured through an independent third-party approach, and by not being involved in consultancy with certification clients. We recognise the importance of complete impartiality in carrying out all certification activities, and we're rigorous in our work to ensure this.
