The Tōtika Prequalification Scheme offers construction companies a single, trustworthy register that assures clients of your health and safety pre-qualification status. Saving you from repeating onerous compliance requirements.
Telarc has worked closely with Construction Health and Safety New Zealand (CHASNZ), the designers and owners of Tōtika, regulators and industry to reduce the time and costs involved in prequalification.
The Tōtika Prequalification Scheme is designed to simplify and reduce the time and cost to pre-qualify for the supply of services to the construction and related industries. The Tōtika scheme provides an online register where you can upload your Telarc certificates to verify that you are certified to ISO 45001 or Q-Safe accredited. Once Tōtika has checked your certification, you will be placed on the register.
Buyers of construction related services can simply look at the Tōtika records to verify that you meet their prequalification standards.

How to achieve certification
Contact Telarc using our quote request form and we will help you through the process to achieve the certification(s) your organisation strives for.
The standards can be complex, but we’ve made it easy with simplified self-evaluation checklists that break down what you need to have implemented to meet the requirements of the standard. You can use the checklist to determine to what extent you already meet the requirements to become accredited, and which gaps need to be addressed.
Once you’re satisfied that your organisation meets the requirements, Telarc will audit your systems and either issue the certification or identify non-conformances that you need to address before certification is granted.
